Loox is a Shopify App Store product optimised for photo and video UGC with referral flows built in. ReviewFlow is the option when the storefront is not Shopify — SFCC, Adobe, SAP, commercetools, VTEX or a headless build — and moderation has to be governed across brands.

Where Loox wins

On Shopify, Loox is faster to stand up than we are and its visual galleries and referral flows are better than ours out of the box. If you are Shopify-only and photo UGC is the goal, the setup difference is real and it is in their favour.
