Yes. Emporio synchronizes seller product catalogs, stock feeds, and order dispatches directly into native SFCC Business Manager objects via our cartridge.

How are payments and commissions handled between the marketplace host and sellers? +

Emporio captures seller, order, and sub-order line data and passes structured transaction feeds to your downstream ERP or accounting systems where commission calculation and merchant-directed disbursements occur. Emporio does not directly disburse funds or operate as a payment settlement engine.

Do customer orders show separate packages from different sellers? +

Yes. Emporio splits orders at checkout into individual vendor shipments with distinct tracking numbers while keeping order status clear for the buyer.
