What runs on ReviewFlow
Sotbella runs ReviewFlow in production. After a purchase, shoppers can review the items from their order on Sotbella’s review page and attach photos or other media. The storefront sends those reviews, with their media, to ReviewFlow through its API.
How it connects
Sotbella’s storefront is a headless React application on Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Its post-purchase review page loads the order from Salesforce Commerce Cloud, checks through the ReviewFlow API whether the shopper has already reviewed each product, and submits new reviews and their media to ReviewFlow.
Why it matters if you run Salesforce Commerce Cloud
