ReviewFlow vs Okendo

Both are premium review platforms. The difference is that one of them only runs on Shopify.

The short version

Okendo is a Shopify-exclusive product with deep integrations into the Shopify marketing stack. ReviewFlow exists because a large share of enterprise catalogues are not on Shopify, and those teams still need attribute-rich reviews rendered server-side.

Where Okendo wins

On Shopify, Okendo’s integrations with the surrounding marketing stack and its survey and attribute UX are more polished than ours. If you are staying on Shopify and already run that stack, that fit is worth more than platform portability you will never use.

Migration runbook

Five steps, run in parallel, cut over on your release train

01
Export
One CSV or API pull from Okendo. You own this step.
02
Map
To your SKU and locale, not the old vendor's internal ids. We do this.
03
Install
Cartridge on a sandbox, display mirrored to your current layout.
04
Verify
Both systems live in parallel. Compare counts, rendering and schema.
05
Cut over
Your release, your timing. Redirects stay in place.

Bring your Okendo export. We'll map it live.

Thirty minutes on a sandbox with your own data, so the migration is a decision and not a leap.
