ReviewFlow vs Bazaarvoice

Both ship a Salesforce Commerce Cloud cartridge. The difference is the retailer syndication network on one side and implementation weight and data portability on the other.

The short version

Bazaarvoice is the incumbent for brands that need their reviews to appear on retail partner product pages, and it has a documented SFCC LINK cartridge for SFRA and SiteGenesis. ReviewFlow is the lighter build for merchants whose reviews live on their own storefront, where the cartridge is a starter kit you do not have to extend.

Where Bazaarvoice wins

Bazaarvoice’s retailer syndication network is genuinely larger than ours, and for a brand that sells through major retailers that network is the product. If your reviews need to appear on a retail partner’s PDP under their moderation guidelines, Bazaarvoice is the safer buy and we will say so on the call.

Migration runbook

Five steps, run in parallel, cut over on your release train

01
Export
One CSV or API pull from Bazaarvoice. You own this step.
02
Map
To your SKU and locale, not the old vendor's internal ids. We do this.
03
Install
Cartridge on a sandbox, display mirrored to your current layout.
04
Verify
Both systems live in parallel. Compare counts, rendering and schema.
05
Cut over
Your release, your timing. Redirects stay in place.

Bring your Bazaarvoice export. We'll map it live.

Thirty minutes on a sandbox with your own data, so the migration is a decision and not a leap.
