Flo vs Shiprocket Engage

Both cut return-to-origin with order confirmation and address checks. The difference is whether risk scoring is a layer you control or an add-on to a logistics account.

The short version

Shiprocket Engage is a per-order automation suite attached to the Shiprocket logistics stack, delivered as a Shopify app. Flo is a scoring and rules layer that runs on your own order pipeline — including SFCC — and keeps courier feedback inside your own model.

Where Shiprocket Engage wins

If you already ship with Shiprocket, Engage is the lower-friction choice: it plugs into the courier data you are already generating, it is per-order rather than a platform commitment, and their Indian courier network coverage is deeper than anything we bring on our own.

Migration runbook

Five steps, run in parallel, cut over on your release train

01
Export
One CSV or API pull from Shiprocket Engage. You own this step.
02
Map
To your SKU and locale, not the old vendor's internal ids. We do this.
03
Install
Cartridge on a sandbox, display mirrored to your current layout.
04
Verify
Both systems live in parallel. Compare counts, rendering and schema.
05
Cut over
Your release, your timing. Redirects stay in place.

Bring your Shiprocket Engage export. We'll map it live.

Thirty minutes on a sandbox with your own data, so the migration is a decision and not a leap.
